Spx Hotel Green Bay

Staying at spx hotel was a great experience! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed the fitness room and had fun in the indoor pool. Breakfast had hot options and was plentiful, made our mornings even better.

I discovered Voyager Park just a bit over 2 km away, great for a wonderful afternoon stroll by the waterfront, and I really enjoyed the proximity to multiple dining options, with a lovely barbecue joint just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were also really attentive.

The room was nicely decorated and the beds were really comfortable. The A/C was actually quiet. We appreciated the in room refrigerator. The location is a little weird...you have to enter through the parking lot of the gas station in front.

We noticed several places in the upstairs hall where the carpet had stretched and was really lumpy...easy for someone to fall over.

The room was very clean, with an upscale bathroom (nice wood molding). Desk was movable anywhere in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Nearly everything about the hotel was a bit nicer than expected.

Room had a flat screen tv, but no hd channels. The shower temperature varied a bit. Minor quibbles, otherwise a really nice stay.

The helpful staff were always available to assist, and the overall atmosphere was cute for seniors like me.

More accessibility features for seniors would be beneficial.

Staff was wonderful-

Not the hotels fault, other guests took over the hotel and were very inconsiderate that other guests were also staying in hotel. ( took over parking lot- and very loud until 4:30 in the morning)

The place provides reasonable prices, had a really nice stay on a business trip. The breakfasts is nice hot with lots of food. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and hospitable...

The facilities were very clean. I loved the comfortable beds and the late hours for the pool. Breakfast had decent options, including eggs and sausage. The staff were friendly and helpful 😊

The girls at check in could've been a little less "stand-off-ish". Might have been a bad day for them.. Also...my online reservation had requested an extra bed and I had to call down to desk to get it in our room.

Bed was very comfortable and the massaging shower head was heavenly.

I wish there would have been a small fridge and microwave in the room.

Cold pool made for a disappointing swim, but the hotel was very clean.

Our room faced the highway very loud on 3rd floor no fridge or microwave to keep my toddlers Milk cold or to warm it. Charged extra for the potential to be incidentals...I've never been charged more at check in. Supposed to be refunded within 3-5days.

We hit up the Bay Beach Amusement Park and enjoyed a great dinner nearby. The hotel is supersuper clean and cozy, with a really friendly staff. It's got a nice pool and decent breakfast options.

Why am I being charged $150 for my room when the booking clearly stated $125 including taxes? Also I booked a 2 double bed room. At first they put me in a king room, I was traveling with my 16 year old daughter. I was told they would discount my room to 69.99 because of the mixup. Then they told me They could get me a 2 double room, but I had to wait because someone was checking out early. The lady working there was extremely pleasant and did everything she could, but because of the run around I was late for an appointment.
